It’s has been more than 3 months Yepme has not refunded my money. I have called the customer care at least 20 times but every time they have different story and excuse. On 26 November 2013 I ordered 2 products from Yepme.com, 1 Yepme Red-Black casual shoes (order id: 4255029) and 1 Yepme Royce Sweatshirt-Red (order id: 4254951). After receiving both the products I found that there was a size issue with both of them. So I called the Yepme customer care and they told me they will arrange reverse pickup for both the products. I paid Cash on delivery for the shoes and online payment for the sweatshirt. The customer care told me to lodge a online complaint for the product bought using online payment.On 30/11/2013 I received email from Yepme mentioning that I will receive my amount shortly. I clearly told the customer care to refund the amount directly in to my account but they told me a cheque will be sent to you. I never received any cheque or any amount. Whenever I call the customer care they say that they are escalating the issue to the concerned department and I will receive some resolution but I never got any response from them. Now I feel that I should claim 5 times of my total amount which is Rs. 1178 I have all email communication in my inbox, please let me know where I can forward those emails in order to resolve this issue.
Since it has been more than 3 months and as per Yepme’s return policy all refunds take a maximum 1 month, I believe I have the right to claim 5 times of my original amount which will be around Rs 5000.
