I bought 2 jeans in the month of Nov 2013 through Yepme.com via order Id:3728943 paying full amount by debit card in advance. Both jeance were defective so i called them and told them about products defect, they told me hence they don’t have pic-up facility I can send thoes defective jeans by courier and I’ll get refund of product as well courier charges,too, after mailing scane copy of courier receipt. I have done accordingly, and i got refund of defective product after one-and-half month. And till date I have not received courier charges.
I want my courier charges back, that is Rs.393/= Why should i pay for defective products sent by them?
