I have ordered the refill bulb from there online website on 25 April 2014 with order number 25042014-1560 . From next days I am calling them to tell me status, they people says system is not responding. I have sent several emails even they have not replied. No proper response is given to me even the product is not delivered after payment.

Tell me proper status and if they can’t deliver the product refund the paid amount instantly. The proper status must be sent through my email(deshmukh.prateek@gmail.com) as well as by sms on 7276837xxx.
