Dell India Pvt Ltd – small dent at the corner no response

on 25 dec 2013 i purchased a dell laptop 5537 (corei5 4th gen//4/750/2gb/win8)touch, service tag-2kfzgy1 with 1 year onsite warranty + (damage replacement guarantee with no question asked) for rs 53,000/-. since very first day the laptop was very slow. i complained to the shop who asked to bring the same at shop. in between the sound/ audio of the laptop stopped and it got a small dent at the corner of the key board. when i contacted shop with laptop he asked to go to service centre at lajpat nagar and replace the same. i approached service centre for replacement but they asked to contact customer care at 18004250xxx/ 18004254xxx. the main problem started here, as i experienced the phone nos. of dell customer care always busy. fortunately if it connected, it got disconnected till i reach the right person to whom they transfer the call one by one. it happened for many days. on 14 april 2014, after efforts of many hours, i was connected with one mr. rohit, who tried to solve my problem for two hours from 1 pm to 3pm but failed and asked me to wait for one day and he will call back on day after tomorrow. since than neither i received any call from dell nor i could be able to contact them in spite of hundreds of phone tries. yes a few day after we talked rohit i got an email that dell called us but failed. i replied to the mail too many times but to no avail. kindly help me to got my laptop replaced/ repaired at the earliest or to got me back my hard earned money by taking back the laptop. thanks. shainaz qambar
