Hello , I have a serious issue with the kind of service that tata Doco provides . Whenever I recharge with bigger amount(more than 100) they simply deductd saying that u have used 1. Chargable website 2. U have used internet while u had no free data left in your account . Despite I use to have every thing in my account . How can anyone use 400 MB of data in 20 mins just for browsing IRCTC website ???They deducted it first later on they use to refund it 50% of the deducted amount . It been 7th time I have their victim . I complained may times but they keep repeating the same .

I need all my deducted amount to be refunded ASAP
