Hi, My name is Nimisha Sidhi. I bought a watch from Yepme.com which was broken. I asked them to take it back they asked to speed post it. I did not receive any update after waiting for few days so i decided to call them up. They said the refund is initiated and check with the bank. i checked my back statement i did not find any refunded amount. So i called them up today as well. Now they are telling that the box was empty. I checked before sending the box the watch was in it. he box that i had sent weighed 164gm if i am not sure. i spoke to the customer care they are not ready to refund the money nor do they let me speak to supervisor. I have paid them 450 rupees moreover the phone calls that i had been making to them as an daily effort to get back my money.
