I have placed an order worth rs 729.00. The product deleivered to me was not as supposed to be so i logged a complain for refund. I returned my product on 26 dec 3014 and quality check of that product was done on 2 jan 2014. As promised and statement on there website i have to receive my refund mac by 10 jan 2014 along with my courier charges of 150rs. It has been 26 days since quality check was done but i hadn’ n received any amount from there side.Everytime when i call them they are making fake promises to refund the money in 2-3 working days nothing else also they are nit providing any information in written. I called them today they told me that your complain is closed at our end but i hadn’nt received any money. I made the payment using my internet banking. Please suggest and take appropriate action against them because as per my experience and web reviews they are not going to refund any amount. Thanks
