Order No.3684004 dated 09-10-2013 for Rs.1798/- received low quality product raise complaint and called customer care executive he told me to retain/dispose off product no need to return I will get my full refund. I donated the product to somebody else. Since then I am calling regularly my phone bills nearly 500/- every time telling you will get refund in 4 to 5 days finally on 22-01-2014 telling me as I have returned the product I will not get refund. How can I return the product as I have donated it to somebody else? Please sir take severe action against them and also compensation of Rs.10,000/- along with product price 1798/- for making me suffer mentally and physically for more than 3 months
