dear sir, i have inform you that i purchase a shoe in 2 dec 2013. but courier are not deliver the product to me its return. i call to customer care he advice me to cancelled the order i cancelled the order in 19 dec 2013 but amount is not return my account. i call to customer care many times regarding this issue but only give me 2 to3 days given time but result is zero. so i ask you give refund my amount or its not possible to send my product to me. order id : 4329795 thanking you hare krishna paul
