i ordered tshirts two times from the website(order no. 4060857 (date 10 nov) and 4090616(12 nov 2013)) ,for that i paid the whole money (attached transaction slip).after that i found that my both orders went for cash on delivery even i paid the whole money. SO i cancelled the orders and asked for refund of my money from the company. but whenever i call they said that money hadn’t transferred to their gateway and when i let them know my problem they started saying that they forwarded my problem to concerned department and i would get a solution in 2 days . but every time i called them same thing happened again and again and i have not get any resolution.its been 60 days and now they started ignoring my mails. attaching my bank statement and highlighted the transactions with yepme.

firstly i want my whole money back that is 1586 rs with interest , also i want compensation of 15000 rs for my time and resources wastage and for mental harassment. also there is a need to put a high fine on them so that they wont dare to cheat their customer like this again
