My YepMe.Com Online Shopping order no is 4450293 and this order has been placed in Dec-2013 for 3 items. But 1 size of one item was not appropriate so i returned that item(shoes). After returning this item i have also mailed my courier amount slip along with my bank details and still i could not get my refund.
So again i have mailed yepme courier receipt which courier company get from your side after receiving product from consumer. However, Yepme.Com costumer care response is so poor they did not maintain full information regarding consumer calls. Every time i have to start from beginning after 5 months i didn’t get my refund This is my last try to your side. Kindly resolve the issue else I will goto the Consumer Cout Forum against you.
