i have been trying since one month for refund of my courier charges which was incurred on returning the product, every time i get the answer from there customer care that it is under process and will take 2 more days this 2 days are now came to one month.
full settlement i.e 200 courier charges plus the cost incurred on calling them again around 200 and as they delayed and not following there own policy so a more 100 for that as a interest or penalty. and strict action from your side on them
