Sr. Executive Mr. Sandeep, Front line executives Mr. Vikas and Mr. Rajendran – All these three members have given the worst possible customer care. None of the above mentioned executives have lived up to their commitment. The whole YepMe customer care team’s response is pathetically bad
At least 20 phone calls (STD) have been made to customer care no each lasting for at least 20 minutes. I have spent around 300 minutes with them on phone calls. Courier charges of Rs 100+.
My refund to be done. A compensation for the 300 minutes STD Calls that I ahve spoken and my courier charges.
