I have ordered an item (Yepme Black Casual Shoes) on 14-12-2013 with order no 4494362 payment through net banking , the amount has been deducted from my bank account . but after i have received an message to my mobile showing “your online payment for order 4494362 could not be completed .please call us at 0124-6787334 to complete this order “. but the amount Rs 424 has been deducted with state bank of India online payment transaction no IGO8567159 , after speaking to your customer care person asked me to submit bank statement , on 14/12/2013 i have sent that also but no action has been taken. there after i have sent another mail to customer care on 27/12/2013 . but on 28/12/2013 i got reply from yepme saying “this is to inform you that the payment made by you has been dropped hence we are unable the dispatched the same “. i have crossed verified in my bank also ,bank saying that your amount has debited TO 32794375003 emvantage payments pvt ltd” on 14/12/2013 . after speaking to customer care representative again i have sent bank statements to yepme customer care on 28/12/2013 , after that i have called five times to customer care , each time they will say same thing wait for 48 hours wait for 48 hours , it has been already 1 month over ,so i am requesting here you to look out the problem and rectify without further delay
