I had returned a product to the brand because of size issues and even after 6 months, they have not provided the refund. They have received my courier on 02-01-2014 and that was well within the time limit of return policy. I have spoken to the customer care department. more than 20 times, every time they say that wait for 5 days. I have even sent the DRS slip(delivery proof) after getting it from the courier service.
