Dear Support, Yepme has received the materials on 16-APR-2015, after the Qaulity checked they processed for refund my amount, As per the yepme refund policy customer received the refund amount within 10 days through netbanking, Order ID : 12523174(order No is : 12839334) i have call to yepme support but they are not receiving my calls… it is worst support of yepme As Discussed with Mr.Ashish, he has provided Transation No.1504021457054Q7792, But no records in my bank statements & not received refund also send bank statements to Yepme, Then Discussed with Mr.Akhil on 15-May-2015,He has told about payment gateway issue given gateway complain no.1752286, and told me”payment will received in within 3-4 Days, But still not received any refund amount.* Then Discussed with Nidhi on 28-May-2015,they told about escalate the issue with payment gateway….but no any updates Then Discussed with Simaran on 03-May-2015,she also escalated the issue with payment gateway

kindly refund my amount, Yepme is not providing toll-Free number support, I have called to Yepme 10-12 times,refund also my call charges i.e. approx Rs.100/-
