I had ordered two L size T-shirts from Yepme,which were delivered without any tacking ID and information after 5-6 days.One of the T-shirts was shorter in length than the other by about 3-4 inches(although its size was mentioned L).When I registered for a return after repeated attempts trying to contact their customer care,I finally managed to register a product return after having to spend nearly 50-60 Rupees of my talk time waiting for their customer care representatives to respond. But I was reluctant to send the order back and spend more money on the return shipping as I othough they could again ship a faulty product.But on 13/09/14 I received a call from YEPME saying that I could return the product within a week. So, I sent a the T-shirt through ‘Overnite Express’ from Jaipur to their Gurgaon Warehouse on 15/09/14 (AWB No. 3143569483).I also put my copy of the courier receipt inside the package as it was mentioned on their website(to claim refund of courier charges).I checked the status after two days and it showed that the courier was delivered on 17/09. I waited for 2-3 days so that my the amount will be credited to my account. But nothing happened. I called YEPME on Sunday(21/09/14) and they told me they haven’t received my return, although I told them my AWB No. and they checked its status, which showed it was delivered. On 23/09/14, I received an SMS from YEPME stating that my complaint no. 975969 has been closed because they have not received my return package. Also, when I tried to login to my Yepme.com account, it displayed wrong email/password, though I am using the correct Username password.I also tried resetting the password but still no use. THE HAVE DELETED MY ACCOUNT FROM THEIR WEBSITE AFTER KEEPING MY MONEY AND THE PRODUCT BOTH.

I want full refund of my money Rs. 175+60+60 in my bank account. Also, I want a compensation of Rs. 1000 to my bank account for all this I had to be through , even if all the fault was theirs.This was my first purchase from Yepme.com and it was my worst online experience ever.
