I have purchased a Yo bike (Yo style) on 19.10.2013. after few days I have observed that mileage obtained in 25KM/Full charge. I have informed to the dealer. They have checked the bike on 03.11.2013 and 29.11.2013 but no improvement observed. after lots of persuasion they have replaced the battery on 10.01.2014 with a battery bearing no. MBTST010LCK003777 on 10.01.2014 (whose discharge date mentioned 09.01.2012)i have informed them about that. but they told that battery is OK. but in two days I have found that there is no improvement. I have informed to the Mr. Binod Kumar and Customer service person of Yo bike Mr. Manish Kulkarni over phone and e-mail several time. but no solution has received at this end. Also the dealer do not bother to reply the e-mail & phone and avoided to pick up the phone. At the latest from last two month whenever I call Mr. Binod kumar he told that the battery on the way. after receipt of the battery will be replaced. I have tired to call the person every day.
Replacement of old battery with a healthy Battery with free repairing of whole bike. Return of Cost incurred due to checkup and repairing (Rs. 2500/-). Mental stress and harassment charge (Rs. 10000/-)
