YOU Braodband – Not Fit to Provide BroadBand Service

On Dec 18, 2012 I paid Rs. 2700 (Plan Charge – Rs. 2637, he didn’t give my change) to MR. Srinivasan Sales Representative from YOU Broadband for new connection based on their Advertisements which says they are providing service in my area. I waited for 2 more weeks and when nothing happened I called up Srinivasan he told me providing broadband service in my area is not feasible. So I asked him to return my money that day. Till now I didn’t get my money back. I’ve have been following up with Ankur Shukla – Nodal Officer for two months regarding my complaint (From Jan 10th,2013). I don’t what is he doing there as Nodal Officer. whenever I sent a mail, I’ll get a call from one of his guys from team and they’ll hear my whole story and promise me that I’ll get my in two days. That’s it. Then I’ve to wait for some time. Then I’ve to write to him again and the complete cycle repeats once again. This happened for two months. Frustrated by this I escalated the issue to Pushpavelan – Appellate Authority two weeks back (Feb 25,2013). I got a call from guy named Gopinath from sales team that day itself. After hearing the whole story he said he’ll make me get my money that day itself. But it’s a tradition in YOU Broadband , never keep up your promises. I’m waiting for his call till date. Even in my last mail to Pushpavelan – Appellate Authority, I told him that if he also fails me I’ll go to consumer forums. But nothing changed their behavior. They don’t have any rights to keep my money. It’s illegal. Even after writing so many mails and so many calls, not even a proper response from them.

I feel like I’ve been mentally harassed by their unaccountable act. I want my money with compensation for their irresponsible act.
