I have purchased online you broadband plan for 3 months @3363 Rs on 14th-Jul-2014. They promised connection within a week. After almost a month no communication has been done. I went to local vadodara you broadband office they said it will take a month to install. I asked them to cancel the account and they replied they have sent a mail for cancellation. On online customer care I was told that no complain have been registered even after a week. I registered a complain with id ‘2014080717302’ and they asked me to wait for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I called back as i did not received any call. Response i got was that there is no complaint number with the above id and hence you have to register new complaint number and again wait for 24 hrs. I registered complaint number ‘2014081204865’ again. I want my money back and it seems that it will take me more than 1.5 months for that.
