My user id: srikrish489 Have been a customer of You Broadband since December 2013. The connectivity of their internet service is not stable. But as this is my back up internet connection, which is used by my wife for doing her emails, etc, we didn’t bother. Recently the service has been extremely bad and the outages have been for 3 – 4 days. This week there has been no internet for the last 7 days, and after several rounds of complaining to the customer support. No action has been taken. The customer service people are really nice but there is some technical issue which they are not resolving.

We need the internet connection to be back and have a permanent solution for stable internet connection
