You Broadband – internet stoped working no response

Respected Sir/Madam, Hope your in pink of health and wealth. I am writing u this email in Reference to the Worst Ever Service Quality Experience from You Broadband Surat which is providing internet broadband services. My internet stoped working from 20.4.14. Since a week i waited cause i thought sometimes due to some technical difficulty it must have stopped and will be working back again in some days. On 28.4.13 i called to the customer care and i was told that they r sorry for the inconvenience and they would get the executive to see the problem with 24 hours till date no one has come to see neither no one has called also. On 3.05.13 i again reported the same problem they said they r very sorry now this time it wont happen again and again the false commitment of 24hrs was given to me. On 8.05 again i reported about the problem and this time i told them i have my online share analysis to be done at night as i am a Chartered Financial Analyst and for me each day i incur losses because of your lack of service and they were like they have forwarded to the higher department and will now take the matters very seriously and will provide the instant service and get my internet working. that also a useless commitment The share market rose drastically in last two days and i would have earned more than 50000 if i would had my analysis done and had invested. And because of inefficient worst mistake of the company and not providing me service. I want them to be sued and demand for the lossess i have incureed because of them On 10.05.13 i again reported the complain requested them shouted at them got angry at them ofcourse you would get after calling 3times and not a single action step has taken. I had some online work on weekends my family had to do video chat with my cousins out of india. All were utterly disappointed and i got all the blame unnecessarily and that too my mistake isnt there for. You may be feeling what i am trying to tell. Hows it when ur blamed unnecessarily and that too u have done your work 100% from your side. Mobile is switch off means the company is just looting people and not providing any service quality not only to me but to everyone like whom i m then to appeal too. Well i want to ask its for customers or someone else and more over when once the called went through luckily he didnt pick up and in the next moment got busy. I guess they have made some adjustments just to fool customers. I request you from my behalf and i guess many of the customers who must
