I had applied YOU broadband in the month of March and had paid an amount of 4500 as six months advance for zero installation charges. Later I received a call from YOU broadband that they had no feasability in our area, but they had encashed my cheque on March 27, 2015 itself. Later, till now I have called the customer care 3 times and filed complaint regarding not refunding my money, but till now I have not received my refund back. Kindly help me out with this problem and get my refund of 4500 from YOU broadband. Even after filing a complaint with the core.nic.in, YOU broadband have not yet refunded my money and they havn’t even bothered to call me back on this complaint. The amount of patience I have been tested when calling them time to time. The YOU broadband is really a fraudster and needs to be banned from doing their business. Please get me back my money of 4500, dont need any extra.
