I SRIKANTH.B customer of YOU broad band service for broadband internet service, Customer Relationship No:626627(user name sri_b9) since year 2009.i paid Rs:3740.00 for year plan i.e 12 months on 27.12.2012 through online for renewal for next 12 months. i used the service till 30.4.2013 and requested them for change of service location on 28.4.2013 through e mail: customercare.hyd@youbroadband.co.in to my new location near about 5KM radius from existing location. YOU broadband service replaied that service to new location not feasible to them so they regretted, then i request for cancellation of existing plan then they replied that they will not pay the balance proportionate amount.

Balance amount they has to pay back to me i.e 8 months service amount(Rs: 2493.00) or they has to extend service to my new location
