I got new broad band connection from You Broadband a week ago, since the very first day it was not working. A technician got it activated for few hours, made me register and activated my account – this started my billing cycle and right from next morning the connection stopped working. And it is still not working since 22nd Feb, i have been complaining everyday at their call center but they have standard response and no escalation point.
This delay has resulted me in not submitting my assignments on time which has caused significant amount of mental pressure on me. Quick resolution and a committment that if this happens in future, they will bear consequences
