Sir, I had generated so many Ids to purchase online products from India Bagit Today since 27.11.2011 to 31.03.2012, for which bonus had to provide by the company. A call received from Mr. Divakar Singh Contact No./ Mob.07840884477 & 09716109627 on my mobile no.09979322839 on dated 07.10.2014 and conferencing hold with Mr. Girish Chandra Tiwari, during telephonic conversation an assurance had been given by both o them that ‘’bonus provided by India Bagit Today and your refundable total amount of Rs. 35,81,674/- is to be transferred by our company.
This amount will be transferred in your bank account by our company only after deposit of Rs. 1,50,000/- refundable amount through NEFT as security deposit in favour of our company Primero Club Holiday Pvt. Ltd. A/C No. 023505501035 ( ICICI Bank ,Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur IFSC Code ICIC0000235) as soon as possible by you & after completion of this bank transaction, total amount of Rs. 35,81,674/- will be transferred within same day or very next working day.’’. I said them that I have already invested in Davis Value Card Pvt. Ltd. NOIDA for this purpose but they said , you don’t worry, you may invest in our company, because we are related with eachother. For this purpose, I have deposited Rs. 1,50,015/- ( with bank commission) by cheque no. 739431 dated 07.10.2014 of my S.B.I. A/C No.30381461157 for NEFT in S.B.I. Branch –Nagra (Ballia) U. P. , IFSC code SBIN0011244 and transferred Rs. 1,50,000/- in your bank account & address on 07.10.2014 with UTR No. SBIN314280530430. A message has also been received from SBI on my Mobile No. 09839128151 that “your NEFT of Rs. 150000 with UTR SBIN314280530430 DTD 07/10/ credited to Beneficiary AC VO. 0235055010035 at ICIC0000238 on 07/10/14” But, nothing has been done from your end till date.It is a cheating by the company representatives to innocent consumers /customers. In this regard you are therefore requested to please notice the matter and kindly refund my amount in my SBI A/C No.30381461157 branch , Nagra (Ballia) IFSC code SBIN0011244 through NEFT at earliest please. If this matter has not been taken seriously by the company, I will be bound to complaint in consumer court also for this purpose. Thanking you. Yours faithfully
