I was using icici credit card and i some how had got delayed my payments aug 2014. I had called the bank and they told me to pay the actual amount with late fee and they will reverse the fine. I realized in September that have levied again late fee and then i dropped them mail. They again charged fee till now when i was discussing with them. Finally i made a payment of around 3000 as fine.

More than 3000rs i had to pay when it was agreed in call that i dont need to pay. I have every thing in mails. I have already made the payment to avoid any further fines but i want an action against bank who harass people by lying on phone. They should payback the money as i had already got a confirmation from them once. I am attaching mail communication.
