My User name: vijay279 Plan: Unlimited 512 kbps Amount Paid: 4000 for 7 months I have longue many complaint to Youbroadband for poor speed and connectivity issue. I have also mail four time to Graviance department of youtelecom. But, They have not responded. Every month I am suffering with this issue. But, Youtelecom does not carry out the permenent solution. Average 10-15 hours per week broadband service not working properly. Please ask youtelecom to resolve this issue or refund my money. If you want supportive document or video, let me know. I will provide to you for your reference.

You Broadband either provide me assurance to provide uninterepted service, give me extra benifit or refund my amount.
