i have registered for new connection with You Broadband and my service was started on 1st of September 2014 and my customer ID is 1105160. i had paid Rs 2352/- to Mr. Salauddin on date 28th August 2014. My internet connection went down from 4th of September. I tried calling many times to customer care number 76000 78787 but got no response from there side. On 5th of September i lodged a complaint via SMS. Then on 7th of September 2014 i visited personally to You Broadband office at location : 3rd Floor Sapphire Complex, Beside Tube Company, Old Padra Road, Vadodara – 390015, Gujarat. There Ms. Dipali and Mr. Mousin gave me assurance that my internet connection will work from 8th September 2014. On 9th September also my internet connection was down, so i had to visit personally again to you broadband office. There Ms. Payal ( zonal head ) and Mr. Rakesh Reddy ( Service Head ) did not gave me any assurance that my internet connection will work or not. Then Mr. Darshan visited personally on my personal request and corrected the fault. Now on 19th September You Broadband internally suspended my account saying that on 11th September a request was raised to disconnect my service. But i had never raised any such request for disconnection. I had a word with Mr. Sanjay Solanki on 20th September and he said that connection was resumed and reconnected. But still on 21st september my connection is on suspended. i want full refund of 2352/- Rs. with compensation amount.
