I have signed up for you broadband 12mbps + 1mbps plan hurricane along with the modem deposit. The internet started worked from the 3rd to the 5 th August. And from the 5th -14th it was not working. The problem was fixed on the 14 but then again, i am facing frequent disconnections. Every time the company customer care is called, they tell us that the problem shall be resolved within 24 hours.
10days ofdisconnection = atleast 900 rs of money wastage as the total amount of money paid is 2945.
