I had made online payment You Telecom of Rs.2384/- for YOU jaguar 3 months plan. The request was assigned to Vishal Shelar. He called up twice or thrice the next day,but once I told him I have paid already,he did not call back even once for a week. I lodged multiple complaints to YOU customer care,everybody said you will get a call in 4-12 hours but nobody called back. Vishal lied on saturday(16th May) that he would come today and did not pick calls after that. Now he has switched off his phone.

Please get the installation done within 2 days or ask YOU broadband to refund the complete amount within 2 days.
