I got my You broadband internet connection of 1 Mbps for Rs. 2700 at the end of March 2015. Soon after that I had to move to a new location due to certain reasons. You Broadband promised me that they would shift the connection to the new location withing two days but now it’s been over a month and no personnel has even come forward to address my complaint. I’ve called their costumer care desk 3 – 4 times but every time recieved only empty reassurances. I’ve attached my conversations with their executives in the supporting docs section
I’ve had to use external sources of internet due to insolence of You Broadband. If they never follow up with me on this issue I will lose my 2700 rupees and the service I was promised in return for that money.
