We took the Broadband Connection on 14-03-14, and Till date it is not working properly. We have register a lot of complaint and followup but no one from their side is responding. After that i told them to cancel my account but they have denied to give me refund of my 3 month advance plan.
Either Service to be Proper or Money Back from them.
