problem : You Telecom broadband speed to slow and pings drop complains number :- 2014101402242(14 th oct) 2014101418471 2014101702230(17 th oct) 2014101623908(16 th oct) 2014101702363(17 th oct) 2014101720155(17 th oct) 2014101720187 2014102015099 2014102018326 2014102117062 latest :- 2014122710992 they close complains with out solving problem hi , i am nishanth(mobile number 8099123467) from hyderabad(telangana), i took broadband connection from “you broadband” a/c no:- 1116298 paying amount (3599/- RS 4 mbps plan 10 months around 2 months back ., from first day of installation , i am facing speed problem and pings drop , till now i have given “n” number of complains and written mails to customer care and nodal office , problem not solved

if they can not provide speed as per my plans and if they solve speed problem and pings drop i will continue , other wise they have to refund my 3599/- RS i paid for 10 months and compensation for 2 and half months for wasting my 2 months ,this two months i am going to cousin house and internet cafe and data plan to do my work
