This is in reference to my fight on 15th Feb 2014 from Delhi to Jammu. When i logged in the morning to my make my trip portal it showed the timing of departure for my flight to be 12:10 PM. According I left my place at 10:15 pm reaching the Delhi Airport at 10:45 PM . When I checked to Airport I found that the flight had already left at 10:35 AM.

I want my the loss to be paid due to this inconvenience. The spicejet flight on same day had cost me arnd 7k, and the flight i booked using make my trip had cost me 5k . I want the whole amount to be refunded.
