Respected sir, I buy online one women kurta from Homeshop18 on 25/November/14 by cash on delivery product name SALWAR STUDIO KURTA 42. it delivered to me at 3/12/14 and i paid Rs 1075/- for the same. when i open the product i found that kurta was very different from the shown on advertisement and its quality was very low, so i calle customer care of HS18 on same day and requested for refund the money. the told me ok u send it back we will refund your money through check. is end it back through DTDC courier which is delivers to respective address on 12/12/14. and after that i called them so many time ,i mailed them two time but they are not responding properly they always told that our concerned department will call you in 24 to 72 hour. but again no response from there .kindly help me detail of products follow. order no 959151505 refund request no: 727938 A K Pandey
