Hi, Since a long time, we were unable to watch Tata Sky TV channels properly and I have been trying to reach customer care for a long time. Finally, when I opened a case and requested them to solve the problem permanently as I am simply wasting money in recharges, they said they could send a technician to fix the problem. I explained my situation of not able to watch the channels and above that additional fee for checking the issue at my premises was not convincing. Finally, the engineer, Mr. Alok who spoke to me promised me that there wouldn’t be any charges for the technician visit. The Technician visited the place and said the dish is old and cannot do much about it. Problem is not completely solved though, we are now able to see 20% more channels than before. Above all that, I was charged Rs. 170 for the visit which they promised would be free as per Mr. Alok. I created another ticket and Mr. Ravi from complaints section bluntly said we cannot revert the money. Tata Sky Complaint details: 1. I need an apology letter from Ravi and Alok Revert back the amount deducted. Compensation for unable to view channels for so long.
