I had complain regarding my internet connectivity on dated 24/04/2014. I don’t get any response on first day. I again called them and recall about my complain. Same thing happened no response. No response regarding what they are doing for needful, no message nothing, not giving any information about problem. Its been 3 days now and still am not getting any followup. So at last I made complain here. Hope I get needful at least from here. Note : vkp803 is my registered user id.

Firstly I want my internet connection back as soon as possible. And secondly I want number of days to be credit to my account on which I am not getting my services
