We were in touch with Mr Prasad of Your trip planners (tour operator) for our proposed andaman trip. He gave us the itenary and it was agreed to us. But he has not delivered the service properly. The person whom he arranged to take us for the local tour was highly non-co operative. The rooms offered were shabby and dirty. Above all the ferry ticket timings were changed and this was informed to us only at the last moment, which is obviously left us question mark about the stay for next day. When we tried to contact our tour operator, he never picked our call but just giving vague response over sms. Later, he agreed to arrange some place for wash and change which was very very low profile hotel and not good for a family to stay. Totally the trip was a disaster, no promises were kept, and pissed me off even after paying huge money to trip planner.

The money what we paid for tour trip should be returned to us.
