I had given 5 lacs rupees to Yours Truly Infra Solutions vide cheque 179961, of ICICI Bank cleared in 03-08-2013 for booking in Ajnara and Casa Royale Project. But they didn’t do any booking and left me strangled for many months. In December they finally returned the amount of 5 lacs vide cheque number 34055 of UCO Bank dated 10-12-2013 and amount Rs 5,00,000. However the cheque has bounced two times and they are not responding to my calls.

Due to this I am struggling to get my money and doing many calls to them on daily basis. Firstly they did not do any booking and now not returning my money. In fact i have also faced the interest amount loss of 5 lacs since August 2013 till date.

I want my money back with interest and compensation.
