I have purchased Zero-B water purifier and also have a AMC contract i have been giving a regular complain regarding service required these people came and could not give me proper service,and since then i have been giving regular complains but no one is bothering.

My observation with the product is that the water pumping motor is faulty and expensive hence they are troubling to replace as it covers in my AMC.

I have been purchasing water cans since 20 days this is the additional expenditure incurred by me, kindly see that my complain is attended ASAP.
