Model Zero B Sapphire RO Water Purifier Product Serial Number – NU0005050814 0029 Date of purchase 22.10.2014 I Registered a complaint on 23rd October and another one on 28th (Complaint no. 637705) to install the water purifier at my home. Apart from that i have called them number of times but still no one has reverted back. While purchasing they told me not to break the seal. I was told that service team will itself install the product. So i can not even ask some other from my nearest town. Every time i call them they just make excuses and say that we will send our service team in two working days. Being a central government employee( Working in central Secretariat, Ministry of Food & PD), i have to be away from my home town. My parent live in a village in rewari District (Haryana). It is not possible for them to register the complain again and again.
