I have taken a 2 year maintenance contract from this company on 16/12/2013 for zeroB RO system.Its almost a year now,but company had not provided any periodical maintenance service to me.I contacted the company through its customer care call center.The complain no. is 638606.Again I contacted through their portal on 20/11/2014 and the response was from marketing.cpd@ionexchange.co.in that their respective person will contact me.I also submitted a complain at zerob@ionexchange.co.in through email on 20/11/2014.The response was same. This is almost a month has passed and this company has not taken any action.

I have paid Rs.7800.00 for the service for 2 year. I want my money back. A penalty should also be imposed on this company so that they does not do this type of mischief with any consumer.
