This is regarding my Order No. YAZQQ85114 placed on the website zopomobiles.in. Please note that the order was placed on November 03, 2013 and I have paid Rs.19599 (including an exorbitant Rs.600 towards shipping charges) using my credit card on that day. I would like to draw your attention to the following facts: 1. I have not received the mobile phone (ZP 980 white 32 GB) even though more than 56 days have since passed. Please note that in the order confirmation it was mentioned that the mobile would be delivered within 5-7 days. 2. I have contacted the seller more than 200 times through emails, webchats and phone calls, but got responses only very rarely. 3. The officials had assured me (over telephone) of delivery the mobile phone first by November 20, then by November 30, later by December 7, again by December 20 and then by December 25- each time the delivery date got extended. They never mentioned the date in the emails. It is needless to add here that the mobile has not been shipped yet. 4. I am sure my case is not something unusual. This kind of delay, careless attitude towards customers’ complaints and emails and taking customers for granted has become a habit with the management. 5. The website seems to be scam. There is no contact address or names anywhere in the website. I found the name and address searching on the net. 6. I suspect there are some serious issues with this website. The deliveries are intentionally delayed to enjoy free credit (payments received from the customers).

I request you to direct the website to deliver the mobile phone to me ASAP along with a compensation for the delay beyond December 20, 2013, of Rs.100 per calendar day. I also request you to: i) stop this website from accepting fresh orders till the pending orders are delivered; ii) stipulate a maximum period (after payment) within which the orders must be delivered; iii) any delay beyond the above period must be compensated by the seller (at a min. rate of around 5% of the paid amount per calendar day); and iv)make it mandatory for every e-commerce site to display the contact names and addresses.
