I’m really frustrated right now with your service and return policy. Your service is the hell. I have placed order with lenskart order id 1200996881. I have urgent requirements of glasses, so i placed order with this, now they deliver order with wrong glasses, the frame is right but glasses is totally wrong, no minor mistake. ok, fine enough, human can mistake. but now when I’m asking for return, there is long hell procedure of 10-12 days. return shipment in 7 days, return initiative in 3 days, again place order, again wait for shipment and delivery. And support team even not bothered for my problem. Now, I’m not returning the order, but surely file a complaint against. when there is your mistake you should accept it and resolved it immediately.

I need urgent replacement of same order, no delay as it’s urgent.
