IT Services is the authorized service centre for ZTE Mobile.I gave my mobile (ZTE N799D) for repair of Speaker Cracking Sound on 26/09/2014. The mobile was under Warranty. Till date they are not repair the same. Every time the answer is that, we have asked for the spare as soon as the spare will reach your set will be repaired.

It is already 1 month & 8days I am facing the problem but till now no solution provided. During this period I already chased them 10 times. I had to purchase a new mobile for communication. Rs – 10000
