I have purchased Zopo Phone + accessories on 7th August 2013. Phone was not delivered and after waiting for several months I requested for Cancellation and Refund, which was accepted by Zopo on December 21, 2013. Now it is March 2014 and Refund is still not provided. Total Order amount was 23,249 Rupees.

I would like Refund of the original amount paid as well as Interest borne from credit card and other expenses. I would like to get Rupees 27,000.
