Zync Tablet Not Working

I bought a tablet from Zync(z-909) in February 2012, it stopped working after 4 months. When I contacted the customer care they asked me to send it to their office in Delhi for repair. I sent that tablet on 12th Sept 2012 for repair. After repeated phonecalls and mails from me they sent an other tablet(z-909 plus) on 1st Dec 2012 which was not working. So I had to resend it for repair which I did on 07th Dec 2012. And again after many calls and mails they have sent me the same tablet which I have sent for repair without doing anything. So I am stuck with a damaged tablet for three times and those people have also refused me to give my money back.

Initially I got the tablet for 5000Rs but the damaged tablets which they have been sending me are worth only 4000Rs and when I asked them about this they informed me that the market value of the product is reduced. And its not easy to reach these people I had to waste many of my phone calls on them as I was always put on hold for nearly 10 mins every time I called them.
