Zync Z1000 mobile – battery problem

I submitted my Zync Z1000 with model no: z100012121196 at Deprosys Technologies,Chennai with ‘not able to reboot’ problem on 30 September 2013. On 04 Oct i was told that it was battery problem[complaint no:RVSRN1310DTS00009]though i mentioned to service centre that before this ‘rebooting problem’ the tablet was giving 3-5 hours backup. But, he was in no mood to listen to me. I kept on contacting the Zync customer executive and service centre through phones as well as emails to get any updates about the products. Every time I contacted them, I was told that my tablet would be serviced in 10-15 days. Now two months have passed and on 02-12-2013, i was told that it was not battery problem and it would require more time to be serviced. While making me wait for two months, the tablet accessories warranty has also been foxily finished. I am a student and my vacation has started and i would not be in position to collect the tablet even if it serviced(i had mentioned this to them too). They don’t bother to do anything. Please help me out of this mess.

want them pay compensation for what i had been spending and put through. I really cannt trust this product anymore. If possible i would be happy to get rid of the product and get refunded my money. Or they should replace the recent product with brand new one.
