Zync Z99 Tablet Charging Point is Defective – No Customer Care

I had recently purchased Zync Z99 Tablet. There were charging point defects in the tablet I had submitted the same to their service center at Sikha communication Gurgaon on 10th october 2013 under warranty period. As center was unable to repair the same, they sent it to Zync’s NOIDA office very same week, but now its more than a month’s time and still I am yet to even have confirmation from NOIDA office that my tablet got repaired. There is no nodal officer, where I can escalate the issue. My work order number is: RVSRN1310SKI00007. Request you to please look in to the matter and rectify the problen as soon as you can. Seeking your speedy response.
